Frank and Robin King have been the founding and lead pastors of Refresh Church since its beginning in 1999.
As leaders and visionaries, they have been actively committed to the Church and have served in many capacities throughout their extensive calling in the body of Christ.
They have been married to each other since 1984 and have been blessed with four children and two grandsons.
